The environmental organization requests, and receives, an extension to the public comment period regarding national emission standards.
The EPA is reopening the public comment period for proposed amendments from Jan. 9, 2012. The proposed amendments applied to three national emission standards for hazardous air pollutants.
The three standards affected are:
- National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutant Emissions: Group IV Polymers and Resins
- National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Pesticide Active Ingredient Production
- National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Polyether Polyols Production

Comments must be received on or before March 30, 2012.
