NESHAPs for Hazardous Waste Combustors May be Renewed in 2012

The EPA may soon present a request to the Office of Management and Budget regarding the renewal of an Information Collection Request (ICR).

The ICR pertains to NESHAPs for hazardous waste combustors.


The EPA is preparing to present a request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) regarding the renewal of an Information Collection Request (ICR).

The ICR pertains to National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAPs) concerning hazardous waste combustors.

The current ICR will expire on June 30, 2012.

The general public may submit their comments to the EPA, in relation to the ICR, by March 19, 2012.
