Back on Sept. 9, 2011, EPA published a proposed action entitled, Mandatory Reporting of Greenhouse Gases: Technical Revisions to the Electronics Manufacturing and the Petroleum and Natural Gas Systems Categories of the Greenhouse Gas Reporting Rule.
The public comment period for this action has recently been extended - until Oct. 24, 2011.
All comments, whether offered by mail, fax (202-566-9744), hand delivery, or email, must be received on or before October 24th.
Comments may also be submitted via the Federal eRulemaking Portal.
