GHG Reporting Commentary Period Extended

The EPA is extending the comment period on its plans to change to the reporting date for certain data elements required under the mandatory reporting of greenhouse gases rule, according to a Wednesday, Jan. 19, 2011 Federal Register notice. The agency is providing notice of a public hearing on the Call for Information, to be held on Feb. 3, 2011, and extending the comment period until March 7, 2011.
