Magnetic flowmeter for irrigation

The high accuracy and long battery life of Siemens' MAG 8000, a battery-operated magnetic flowmeter, offers a competitively priced alternative to propeller-style flowmeters. The MAG 8000 series flowmeter features higher accuracy - up to 1 percent of actual flow. It can also be directly installed on a water well discharge, resulting in lower installation costs without sacrificing accuracy.

Ultrasonic clamp-on flowmeter

Series TFXL ultrasonic flowmeters clamp onto the outside of existing pipe and do not contact the internal liquid. This advanced meter provides instantaneous rate and accumulated flows along with 4-20 mA and pulse outputs. Inherent advantages over competitive technologies include ease of installation, fluid compatibility, and immunity to suspended solids and gas pockets.

Flow transmitter combines metering, sensors

STI's Automation Products Group has introduced the DVF-320 Depth Velocity Flow Transmitter. The system uses a 4-20 mA signal to provide long-term monitoring and transmission of flow rate, and includes four programmable outputs to provide liquid level, velocity and flow metering. It features a sealed design and isolated outputs that significantly reduce site visits.
