Dry Polymer Makedown Units

The dynaJET™dry polymer preparation system was designed to accurately meter and completely hydrate dry polymer in the treatment of industrial and municipal wastewater. The system utilizes a blower-assisted conveyance package to atomize and transport the dry polymer to a tank-mounted hydration chamber. Within its transparent hydration chamber, the atomized polymer is completely engulfed in a shower spray of water to fully wet the individual particles.

Mixing System Eliminates Stagnation

The Tideflex® Mixing System (TMS) is a combination of the company's patented check valve technology and a piping manifold that separates the inlet and outlet. The TMS can be installed in new or existing water storage tanks of all shapes and sizes to eliminate stagnation and short-circuiting. Operating on the differential pressure that is already in place, the system keeps energy costs low, while the all-elastomer construction of the valve renders the system virtually maintenance free.

Fluid Bed Drying Systems

This indirect-heated, closed-loop fluid bed drying systems for granulation, drying and cooling of municipal biosolids produces a Class 'A' reusable product. As wet material is fed directly into the dryer, the system automatically accommodates fluctuations in incoming dry solids content without blending or pre-conditioning the material. This eliminates the need for extra screening, milling, conveying and mixing equipment, and allows a higher level of automation and reduced operator attention.
