On some issues, e.g. climate change, President-elect Obama has spoken at length and backed up his positions with legislative action. On others, including water infrastructure, the record is rather slim. Much of the speculation on Obama's views toward water policy come from a debate his representative took part in against a McCain rep at Weftec.08.
