Product Spotlight: Wastewater Equipment

NO SLUDGE HANDLING ALLOWED

The patented BioFicient™ process offers virtually no biosolids wasting or handling. The pre-engineered biological wastewater treatment process also offers less plant retention time, a smaller footprint, no blowers, and a completely covered plant. No odors arise because dissolved oxygen concentration is close to its maximum level.

FOUR AERATION METHODS IN ONE

The HALO™ system incorporates four separate technology choices to optimize the biological treatment of municipal wastewater. Offering brush rotor, diffused air, directional aeration and low-speed surface aeration, engineers are able to evaluate the benefits of each aeration method, then use accompanying software to model a true plant representation and evaluate the resulting effluent produced by each alternative technology.

MEMBRANE DIFFUSER FOR WASTEWATER TREATMENT

The Envirex Diamond™ edition membrane diffuser improves oxygen transfer and lengthens diffuser operating life in biological wastewater treatment systems. The diffuser employs a unique diamond-shaped aperture configuration that optimizes the slit pattern, making possible a wider range of airflow through the diffuser, from 0.5 to 5 SCFM per diffuser.
