Catalytic oxidizer eliminates VOCs and odors

The Glenro 3000 scfm catalytic oxidation system removes multiple solvents and odors from a process exhaust stream. The oxidizer destroys a combination of aldehydes, ketones, alcohols, esters and non-volatile vegetable oil at the rate of 13.3 lbs./hr. Using a catalyst chamber in an oxidation system allows VOC destruction at considerable lower temperatures than a direct-fired oxidation process would require, which saves on fuel costs. The new Glenro system is designed to maintain catalyst temperature at 750 to 800 degrees F, which ensures complete destruction of sovents, oils and related odors to meet air quality regulations.
