Separator achieves higher output

Sweco's Universal Motion Rectangular Separator features a patented drive that can produce round, linear or elliptical motion. The exceptional range of motion enabled the unit to increase its processing throughput up to 35 percent over previous models. The separator uses a system of weights to allow a user to program the optimal motion for each application.

Gravity separator meets SPCC regulations

Baysaver's PetroGuard™ system can help facilities with aboveground storage tanks meet the EPA's SPCC regulations. The physical gravity separator uses dynamic flow controls and an offline storage system to catch and retain hydrocarbons that leak from aboveground storage tanks. It meets all federally mandated regulations set by the EPA for SPCC planning, as well as Phase I and II of the Clean Water Act's Stormwater Program.

MBR system produces high quality effluent

The MemJet™ membrane bioreactor (MBR) system from USFilter JetTech Products combines a single sludge aerobic biological process with an integrated, immersed membrane system. It enables municipal and industrial wastewater treatment plants to create a more efficient biological process that increases solids retention time, reduces sludge yield and improves reactor efficiency for nitrification and dentrification.

Monster provides protection for membranes

JWC Environmental's new Bandscreen Monster™, part of the Monster Separation System™, screens wastewater to provide complete protection for membrane treatment processes. The system removes solids down to 2 mm and cleans screenings, reducing disposal frequency. Its unique, inside-out flow pattern captures solids on the inside loop of the bandscreen and ensures they never come near the downstream portion of the channel.
