New Team at Godwin's Tampa Office

Godwin Pumps, Bridgeport, N.J., announced the expansion of its team at its local rental office at 3007 North 50th Street in Tampa, Fla.

Kevin Abernathy has joined the company as sales engineer, bringing 7 years of experience in the rental industry.

John Gerelli, relocating from the Bridgeport office after 15 years with Godwin, comes to the Tampa branch as Service Manager. Working with Gerelli will be Jack Behring, who recently joined Godwin's Tampa branch as a mechanic.

The offices' new operations manager will be Jed Church, who relocated to the Tampa branch from the company's Connecticut rental office, where he served for nearly 5 years as a dispatcher.


O'Dea, Lynch, Abbattista Consulting Engineers PC has made Peter S. Browne, P.E., and James F. Dolan, P.E., associates of the firm. As manager of OLA's Electrical Department, and project manager on many of the larger jobs in the corporate, educational and critical environment areas, Browne maintains technical quality control, supervises design procedures, and keeps the firm up-to-date with the latest technologies. With over 14 years of prior experience in systems design and energy engineering, Dolan leads the firm's efforts in all aspects of efficient mechanical systems for its educational, corporate and government clients, from energy analysis and equipment selection to final commissioning.


Godwin Pumps Of America Inc. announced the appointment of Kathy L. D'Orsaneo CMA CPA, to the position of Chief Financial Officer. D'Orsaneo will be responsible for overseeing the company's overall financial issues. Before her appointment at Godwin Pumps, D'Orsaneo held various financial positions, most previously vice president and CFO for the Atlantic City Racing Association of Mays Landing, N.J.


Gary Hatch, Ph.D., director of R&D for Pentair/Plymouth Products, Sheboygan, Wis., has accepted the 2005 Activated Carbon Hall-of-Fame award. Hatch will provide a plenary lecture March 23, 2005 in Orlando, Fla. at the 15th International Activated Carbon Conference and Course Program, where he will highlight the major advances made by his research team at IACC-15. Eurotherm, Leesburg, Va., a unit of Invensys PLC, announced the appointment of Tim Davis as manager for the company's Leesburg Repair Center. Since 1999, Davis has served as product manager for the company's Power Products line, for which he has been responsible for the commercial and technical marketing and sales support of those products. He will be overseeing the technicians responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing all products returned to Leesburg for factory repair.
