The Model 70,000 Macho is JWC’s most powerful two-shafted bulk grinder designed for industrial operations with tough solids reduction problems. The beefy bulk grinder was designed to handle a wide variety of bulky and tough solids including animal carcasses, wood, recyclables, trash, slurry and bits of metal with a 50-hp motor and a 43:1 gear reducer delivering up to 16,600 lbs-ft of torque to the shafts. Solids throughput is up to 750 ft3/hr. The open hopper configuration with 10-inch O.D. cutters allows easy and quick processing of large solids.
