Dan Bender has been appointed product marketing manager for Power Control products by Eurotherm, Leesburg, Va. Bender brings over 25 years of experience in the power conversion market with excellent knowledge of the metals, glass and semiconductor industries. He will be responsible for all business activities relative to marketing Eurotherm's line of Power Control products (including Continental Industries products).

Leviton, Little Neck, N.Y., announced the appointment of Dennis French to the position of lighting controls sales specialist for the metropolitan New York area. In his new post, French will support sales of the company's box-mounted lighting controls for both residential and commercial applications. These products include Leviton's line of occupancy sensors, Decora® designer-styled devices, new premium grade Acenti™ Collection lighting controls and D-3200 dimming systems.
Jeff Neyland, formerly chief information officer for Centex Construction Group, has been named vice president and chief information officer at Intechra, a pioneer in commercial electronics recycling and asset recovery. Neyland brings 25 years of business experience to the company. At Centex Construction Group, he was responsible for the selection of key applications including ERP and CRM and for the integration of several acquisitions.

Chris Nawalaniec has been appointed national sales manager for Stedman's Aurora, Ind. office and affiliate company, Innovative Processing Solutions LLC. Nawalaniec will be responsible for sales in both domestic and international markets. With over 19 years of experience in industry, he has held various positions as chief engineer and director of sales and marketing for industrial products manufacturers.

Marc Nuchelmans has been named to the position of senior vice president, sodium products, for Solvay Chemicals Inc., Houston. Nuchelmans joined Solvay S.A. in Brussels, Belgium in 1987, as an internal consultant in the logistics department. Beginning in 1991, he served consecutively as Head of the PVC compounds production unit and head of the logistics department, before moving in 1996 to Solvay Polyolefins Europe S.A. as supply chain and information system manager.
