In-Situ Remediation InjectionVironex provides mobile injection units that have the capability of injecting large quantities of remedial compounds (i.e. HRC, ORD, Inoculums, activated hydrogen peroxide, potassium and sodium permanganate, activated persulfate, emulsified zero valent iron, and EHC). The units are fully self-contained with water tanks, mixing units, heating units and a variety of pumping systems with a range of operating pressure and GPM capabilities. Injection rates of up to 50 GPM have been achieved.

Bioaugmentation Treats Cold Weather ProblemsThe ability of a wastewater treatment plant to nitrify ammonia-containing wastes can be adversely affected by cold weather. Microcat-XNL, a blend of ammonia-oxidizing bacterial strains, plus pH control with soda ash, can drastically improve removal rates in cold weather. Bioaugmentation with appropriate microorganisms can provide insurance against cold weather sluggishness and possible resulting permit violations.
Oxygenation for BioremediationThe O2Zone system is a low-cost, low-maintenance oxygenation system for bioremediation. The system produces consistently high dissolved oxygen concentrations by increasing the partial pressure of oxygen in gas that contacts the treated water. Oxygen generated by on-site generators can cost as little as 5 cents a pound. On-site oxygen generation with small storage volumes of low-pressure oxygen greatly reduces risks associated with the gas.

Containment System for Earthen MaterialsTerraStor containment systems are cost-effective answers for the storage and treatment of sand, clay and other earthen materials and slurries. TerraStor components are rapidly assembled in areas where berms or other retaining devices are impractical or too costly. All parts can be conveniently trucked to a location and bolted together by unskilled labor using ordinary hand tools.
