Eric Gray
Eric Gray, who was been with Moyno, Springfield, Ohio, for 27 years, was recently appointed to the position of OEM Sales Manager. Gray will assume responsibility for the expansion of the company's business in both the industrial and municipal OEM markets, as well as identifying new OEM opportunities. He will also continue with product and marketing responsibility from his previous position as Product Manager, for the company's Annihilator™ and Pipeliner™ grinder products.


Diana L. Lundelius
Diana L Lundelius, CHMM, of Hensley Industries, Dallas, has been named to the position of Environmental Manager for the company's U.S. operations. Lundelius will direct and manage all aspects of the environmental regulatory compliance program. Previously, she was a senior environmental consultant with Terracon, a national engineering and consulting firm.


Vaughn O’Dea
Vaughn O'Dea was recently named technical sales manager, water and wastewater, for Tnemec Co. Inc., Kansas City, Mo. He will be responsible for building new Tnemec water and wastewater accounts, maintaining established customer relationships, and management of sales and marketing initiatives with engineering, municipal, and industrial water and wastewater communities. O'Dea is an SSPC Protective Coatings Specialist, a NACE Certified Coatings Inspector and a NACE Certified Corrosion Technician.


Severn Trent Services, Fort Washington, Pa., announced the addition of Susan Pryputniewicz, P.E., in the newly created position of engineering supervisor and Kim Emond as office manager to its Pipeline Services office in Manchester, N.H. The office provides sewer collection system analysis and rehabilitation services throughout New England and the Mid-Atlantic states. Pryputniewicz will oversee the data analysis and reporting activities of the office's engineering department. Emond will be responsible for the daily activities of the clerical and accounting staff and will serve as client liaison in the areas of customer service, billing and contract administration.


Tom Scheck
Tom Scheck has been appointed Director of Eurotherm Flexible Solutions. Scheck will focus on increasing the Leesburg, Va.-based company's value to both sales partners and customers through the promotion of application-specific engineering, services and training. He has been with the company for 17 years, where he previously served as system product sales manager.


Alan Skinner
Alan Skinner has been appointed Business Development Manager for Crowcon's fixed gas detection systems. The fixed systems market is a major growth area for the company. With over 30 years' experience in gas detection, Skinner has held numerous high profile positions in gas detection, including serving as the gas detection expert during the building of the Channel Tunnel between England and France. He also engineered the CO system for the Petronas Towers in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, one of the world's tallest buildings.


Guy E. Slagle
Guy E. Slagle, P.E. of Hayes, Seay, Mattern & Mattern Inc. (HSMM), Roanoke, Va., was recently elected to serve a 3-year term on the firm's board of directors. A senior vice president with the firm, Slagle serves as director of HSMM's Civil & Environmental Division. His responsibilities include directing all activities of the division's six regional offices, located in Virginia and the Carolinas, and providing landscape architecture, environmental sciences, civil engineering and environmental engineering services to government and industry.


Larry Stone
Larry Stone and Rumpke Consolidated Companies Inc. received the highest honors award from two leading associations in the refuse industry for Stone's “Slow Down to Get Around” safety awareness campaign to the public. Stone accepted the Member of the Year award from the Environmental Industry Associations and the National Solid Wastes Management Association at their annual Inspirational & Awards Breakfast, held May 3, 2005 in Las Vegas.
