Emond will be responsible for the daily activities of the clerical and accounting staff and will serve as client liaison in the areas of customer service, billing and contract administration.

With over 30 years' experience in gas detection, Skinner has held numerous high profile positions in gas detection, including serving as the gas detection expert during the building of the Channel Tunnel between England and France. He also engineered the CO system for the Petronas Towers in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, one of the world's tallest buildings.

His responsibilities include directing all activities of the division's six regional offices, located in Virginia and the Carolinas, and providing landscape architecture, environmental sciences, civil engineering and environmental engineering services to government and industry.
