Water Insertion Flow Meter

The Model 640S Waste Water Insertion Flow Meter is an economical solution for monitoring mass flow of air in waste water treatment plants. The instrument can withstand extreme outdoor conditions, provide direct mass flow measurement with a single pipe penetration, interface with distributed control systems, measure a wide range of flows, and minimize pressure drops.

Grinder Prevents Downstream Maintenance

The Pipeliner™ grinder prevents expensive maintenance of downstream process equipment by eliminating ragging in secondary and tertiary sludge applications. The single-shaft grinder with self-adjusting cutters provides an effective solution to the problem of inconsistent particle size frequently associated with handling solids in wastewater treatment processes. The unit minimizes clogging and shortens mixing and filtration cycles.

Ultrafiltration Cartridge Reduces Footprint

The PMPW™-10 ultrafiltration cartridge, a certified, NSF-61 compliant, 10-inch diameter, hollow fiber cartridge for potable water treatment, contains 60 percent more membrane area and provides 60 percent more product water than its 8-inch predecessor, resulting in significant cost savings for municipal water treatment plants. The greater output of the PMPW-10 cartridge results in systems with fewer skids.

Monster on Cutting Edge of Small Grinders

The new, more compact Channel Monster® CMD1205-AD is the perfect protector for small pump stations and influent channels everywhere. The unit's design is similar to the current Channel Monster products, but employs a new 5-inch-diameter drum to direct solids into the cutting chamber, allowing installations in channels as narrow as 14 inches. It performs at the same level as taller, 18-inch, two-shafted grinders.
