Worm Gear Operators

Additions to the industry-leading PT line of worm gear operators offer versatility for torque and operating time requirements. The PT series is built to provide the torque needed for operation of quarter-turn valves used in water and wastewater treatment, petroleum refining and distribution and other industries. The PT-12 and PT-14, rated at 880 ft-lb and 1,600 ft-lb respectively, were constructed with a rugged cast-iron housing.

1/4 DIN Controller

Eurotherm, a unit of Invensys PLC, has launched a new model 3204 1/4 DIN controller, which features a text display, high accuracy input, five on-board process recipes (48 parameters per recipe), the company's patented Instant Accuracy® system, and an optional amp meter display from a CT input. If a user scrolls to a parameter and waits for a few seconds, the text display begins scrolling in marquee fashion.

Heavy Duty Valve Actuators

Engineered to handle big fluid and air handling challenges in the most demanding environments, the new Triac THD Series of heavy-duty scotch yoke actuators deliver torques up to 600,000 inch pounds. Diaphragm Metering Pumps

The new Series 7000 mechanically actuated diaphragm metering pumps are able to handle viscosities in excess of 5,000 cps and can pump chemicals that off-gas sodium hypochlorite without binding. All models in the line are self-priming and provide suction lift up to 20 feet. Maximum capacities range from 15 to 300 gph at 150 psi, depending on the model.

Digital Process Display and Monitor

The new RIA452 is a digital process display unit in a panel-mounted housing for monitoring and displaying analog-measured values with pump control and batch functions. The device features a seven-digit, 14-segment multi-colored liquid crystal display, with universal inputs and up to eight relay outputs for pump control functionality.
