Bag filter with special sealing

The Topline™ Series bag filter was designed to work with the latest fine micron filter bags. Its housing helps prevent unfiltered media from bypassing the filter bag by having the housing cover seal directly onto the installed filter bag. The seal makes them perfect for low micron filtration applications where cartridge filters might have been used previously.

Bag dump station

The new manual Bag Dump Station was designed to ensure a clean, dust-controlled environment while making unloading bagged materials easy. As material is unloaded, the bag dump station's fan draws dust-laden air away from the operator. Dust is routed to the continuous reverse cartridge filters. Its modular design allows for the introduction of material into a vacuum or pressure system, or directly to a screw conveyor or mixer.

Small capacity wastewater decanter

The ALDEC 10 decanter centrifuge is a small capacity, high-performance wastewater decanter suitable for handling throughputs of all types of sludge, including those with very low (less than 1 percent DS) and very high solids content. The compact decanter was designed to provide reduced sludge volume, less polymer consumption, lower life cycle costs, higher cake dryness and clearer effluent. Its average capacity for normal dewatering duties is 0.8 to 9 GPM (0.2 to 2 m3/h).

Resolve material flow problems

Monitor's Flo-Pad bin aerator promotes the flow of any dry bulk powder or granular material from bins, hoppers and silos. Such materials are highly aerated when entering the storage vessels, and flow quite easily entering the vessel by pneumatic or gravity feed. After a time in storage, the air escapes, allowing the material to pack and behave more like a solid mass than a fluid mixture.
