One-stop shop for in-situ treatment

LTC Bio-Treatment System, part of the company's greater remediation services, employs state-of-the-art computer controls to accomplish accurate mixing of biological agents and accurate delivery of the mixture to the blending head. The unit has a 2,600-gallon bulk tank for water, which computer-controlled pumps on the unit can load from the water generating facility; the pumps can be programmed to shut off at a predetermined volume.

The indirect route is quicker

The company's Indirect System is a highly mobile, heat-based system that completely cleans soils contaminated with PCBs, SVOCs and other hazardous compounds. Addressing public concerns over hazardous air emissions, the company designed its system, which can also be used to pre-treat waste compounds, to meet the strictest definition of indirect desorption.

Liquid redox compound

EHC-L™ is a highly soluble formulation of the company's patented EHC™ technology set, specifically designed for injection via existing wells or hydraulic injection networks. EHC-L has been successful for in-situ treatments of a wide range of groundwater contaminants, including chlorinated solvents and energetics.

Minimum 17% oxygen

PermeOx® Plus is a state-of-the-art oxygen delivery technology for enhanced bioremediation of soils and groundwater. Able to be implemented in- or ex-situ, it releases a minimum of 17 percent oxygen, about twice the amount of magnesium peroxide solutions. Accepted by state and federal agencies, the technology is much less expensive than most magnesium peroxide-based products.

Enriched, natural microbial consortium

Bio-Dechlor Inoculum is an enriched, natural, microbial consortium containing species of Dehalococcoides. Originally isolated from an aquifer contaminated with chlorinated solvents, this microbial consortium has since been enriched to increase its ability to rapidly dechlorinate contaminants during in-situ bioremediation processes, stimulating the process in PCE, TCE, DCE and vinyl chloride.

Enhanced reduction dechlorination

The company's patented in-situ ERD systems involve the formation of in-situ anaerobic reactive zones in the subsurface where contaminants migrating in the groundwater are intercepted and permanently degraded or transformed into harmless end products. The ERD in-situ reactive zone process is comprised of an injection well or wells that extend into a contamination-saturated zone.
