Dr. Michael C. Kavanaugh, vice president of Malcolm Pirnie Inc., recently received the 2002 Samuel Arnold Greeley Award from the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE). Dr. Kavanaugh was presented the award at the Canadian Society for Civil Engineering/Environmental and Water Resources Institute (CSCE/EWRI) Environmental Engineering Conference, held in Niagara Falls.
U.S. Air Force Col. Scott E. Streifert, an environmental engineering professional for nearly 22 years, has joined the international engineering and services firm AMEC as Principal Engineer. Col. Streifert will operate from the company's Earth & Environmental San Antonio office.
Patrick Collins, P.E., a water resources engineer with special expertise in stormwater management, has joined the international engineering and services firm AMEC. Operating from AMEC's Earth & Environmental office in Knoxville TN, Collins will help direct the expansion and diversification of water resources services to governmental and commercial clients in Tennessee and other states.
Leonard F. Graziano has been appointed president and CEO of Severn Trent Services.
