Eliminate
corrosion with Vanton thermoplastic pumps

All
wet end components of a Vanton pump are molded of solid PVC, PP, PVDF or other
thermoplastics that are 100% inert to the fluid handled and offer exceptional
abrasion resistance. This enables Vanton pumps to resist acids, caustics,
salts, solvents, chlorides, halogens, and other aggressive chemicals that can
corrode pumps made with stainless steel and high alloys, and damage those with
plastic linings and fiberglass-reinforced plastics. As a result, you eliminate
corrosion, minimize wear, reduce maintenance and dramatically extend pump life.
Vanton
offers three types of pumps, each in a range of models and materials: SUMP-GARD®
Vertical Centrifugal Pumps, CHEM-GARD® Horizontal Centrifugal Pumps,
and FLEX-I-LINER Rotary Peristaltic Pumps.
SUMP-GARD®
vertical pumps are available in standard, bearingless, low headroom, wash down,
integral motor/shaft and vortex models for sumps to 50 ft. (15 m) deep, flows
to 1450 gpm (330 m3/hr) and heads to 245 ft. (85 m) at temperatures
to 275°F (135°C).
CHEM-GARD®
Horizontal Centrifugal Pumps are offered in standard, ANSI, mag drive, close
coupled and self priming configurations, and handle flows to 1450 gpm (330 m3/hr)
and heads to 400 ft (122 m) at temperatures to 275°F (135°C).
FLEX-I-LINER®
Rotary Peristaltic Pumps are available in designs for transferring liquids,
viscous fluids, and gases at flows from .33 to 40 gpm (1.26 l/m to 9.0 m3/h)
and pressures to 45 psig (310 kPa) at temperatures to 250°F (121°C).
All
pumps are offered as stand-alone units or integrated with automated,
non-metallic Pump/Tank Systems from 60 to 5000 gal (227 to 1827 liter) in
stationary or mobile configurations.
