In addition to its well known hardware, Auburn designs state of the art software, including its newest parametric data management suite, AUBURN.vision. Auburn does not license difficult to incorporate software packages but develops its own software from the ground up. This software is compatible with other parametric devices (i.e. DP, temperature, fan amps, opacity, particulates, etc.) and is built on an OPC platform. The system can easily communicate with any OPC compliant field device such as PLC’s and others. The AUBURN.vision suite consists of: a ProcessHub, a middleware processing engine for real-time custom data processing continuously working in the background; a Recorder, which collects real time data and alarm/events from the OPC server; a Reporter, which reads historical data and events from the database; and a Presenter, which is a .NET Windows application.
