On June 23, 2006, the EPA announced its progress in meeting its performance measures and goals for pesticide reregistration during F.Y. 2005. The notice provides the status of various regulatory activities associated with reregistration and tolerance reassessment, gives total numbers of chemicals and products reregistered, tolerances reassessed, data call-ins issued, and products registered under the fast-track provisions of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA). The notice also contains the schedule for completion of activities for specific chemicals during F.Y.s 2006 through 2008.
