HAZMAT KIT FOR TICS AND WMD
First Responders with hazmat responsibilities have found
the need to complement the capabilities of their four-gas monitors with a PID
so as to provide coverage for toxic industrial chemicals (TICs) and other
compounds in the range where those chemicals present serious hazards. The
company offers a kit that includes a PID with ppb capability and LEL, CO, O2
and H2S gas detection. The handheld survey unit allows
detection of those TICs that have thresholds below the detection capabilities
of conventional PIDs.
