The EPA is preparing to renew a standardized permit for RCRA hazardous waste management facilities.

To renew the permit, an Information Collection Request (ICR) has been submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), which will either deny or approve the renewal.

The general public has been invited to present any comments they may have in relation to the renewal.

If you are interested in doing so, you must propose your suggestions to the EPA by Feb. 22, 2012.
