The Süd-Chemie Inc. EnviCat™ cDPF is an innovative solution for many engine exhaust problems. An exhaust temperature of 580˚F creates the oxidation process that dramatically reduces particulate matter (PM), carbon monoxide (CO) and hydrocarbons (HC) from diesel engine exhaust as it passes through the special Wall Flow Cordierite Honeycomb material.
The EnviCat™ cDPF is the result of considerable Research & Development at our Needham, MA manufacturing facility.
The EnviCat™ cDPF is suitable for most mobile and stationary diesel engine applications and is available in a variety of sizes and configurations. PM and CO reductions of over 90% are usually obtained.
Süd-Chemie also manufactures a full line of emissions control catalysts for diesel engines, natural gas engines and gas turbines including Diesel Oxidation Catalysts (DOC), Oxidation Catalysts for spark ignition engines and 3-Way Catalysts (NOX, CO and HC) for rich burn natural gas engines.
