
Roy Bigham joined Pollution Engineering as managing editor. Bigham attended Eastern Michigan University where he majored in chemistry and computer science with an associate's degree in mathematics. He has been active in the environmental field since 1980 managing environmental operations in the U.S. and overseas.

Lynn L. Bergeson is managing director of Bergeson & Campbell, P.C., a Washington, D.C., law firm focusing on conventional and engineered nanoscale chemical, pesticide, and other specialty chemical product approval and regulation, environmental health and safety law, chemical product litigation, and associated business issues, and President of The Acta Group L.L.C. and The Acta Group EU Ltd. with offices in Washington, D.C., and Manchester, U.K.

Seth joined Pollution Engineering in 2003 as an associate editor. He is now an associate publisher and managing editor. Bringing to PE a high standard of journalism, Seth has a B.A. in history from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, where he spent four years as a staff writer for the Michigan Daily.

Barbara Quinn has written about environmental, public policy and economic development issues for over 25 years. She has been published in magazines serving the environmental, industrial and municipal communities.
